Spend a few minutes in the local shopping mall parking lot and you will soon realize that most people have put little effort into honing the skills needed to pilot a vehicle into a parking space. Alastair Moffatt is not most people.
Moffatt owns a stunt driving school in the UK and have previously set three Guiness World Records for parallel parking. As part of the annual Guinness World Records day yesterday morning at Brooklands, Moffatt set another record.
Flying across a parking lot in reverse, Moffett executed a perfect J turn and slid his Mini in between two other Minis. The gap between his car and the others was just 34 cm, 1 cm tighter than the previous record.
