In June of this year, police in British Columbia were given stronger powers to punish drivers who needlessly travel in the left lane on highways. Left lane bandits could be hit with a $157 fine along with receiving 3 demerit points if caught.
Clearly, the message isn’t getting through, so the Richmond, B.C. RCMP detachment has taken the battle to Twitter with the reminder you see above.
Now if we could just get lawmakers in Ontario to do the same thing!
