Most rally coverage tends to focus on the National level championships, because that is where the big (by rally standards) names and the fastest cars play. That is a shame, because at the more local, grassroots level, there is just as much excitement. Competitors on a provincial level often scrape together every penny, just to have the chance to be out on the road competing. There is usually a fun, mixed bag of cars that every fan can relate to.
