Lucky drivers seems to be a theme today, as the motorsport world saw some crazy crashes, with no or minor injuries.
The Grand Prix car crash at Goodwood was certainly violent, but it pales in comparison to the ride taken by Piotr Fetela and Dominik Jóźwiak at the 100 Acre Wood Rally yesterday.
The duo had just crossed the rally’s infamous cattle crossing, which had tossed the car to the left side of the road. It looks like the left side clipped a fence post, which began a sequence of 10 rolls.
While the Subaru was completely destroyed, the roll cage and other safety systems did their jobs and both Fetela and Jóźwiak walked away.
This being the age of digital imagery, today we have footage of the crash from several angles.
